K6Architekten  follows the approach of sustainable building with a holistic architectural concept. A future-oriented strategy that accompanies our entire integrative work processes. A successful sustainable concept includes ecological, economic and technical qualities and takes into account socio-cultural aspects, the quality of the location and the processuality. 

Christian Steinwachs has been a member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), which was founded in 2007, since 2009. It is currently approved for different versions of the DGNB certification. 

Sustainable building will now play an important role in the future. The further development and implementation of a holistic architecture is our planning leitmotif and makes the high quality of the building visible and noticeable for the user. Saving energy is a task for the future.  For this reason we are currently involved in the detailed development and technical permissibility of hybrid wooden constructions in the area of high-rise buildings.  Our cc7 Berlin high-rise building project 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_-SPARK-   is currently in the implementation phase.
